As of today ( March 1, 2010) Criteo has launched its operations in Spain. The main responsibility to accelerate its operations in Spain during the first months will be in the hands of Andreas Akesson (firstname.lastname@example.org) and Yves Nicolier (email@example.com). The assignment will be delivered through AIC´s international partner Result.
Personalized Retargeting is mainly offered to the leading ecommerce players (Online Traveling Agencies, Retailers) but with the use of Criteo technology, personalized banners can be served according to the product/s that are visited/observed by the user on the advertiser’s sites.
The fact that Criteo technology knows the product interests of users, the exposure of the advertising content will be personalized with an inmediate effect of increased clic rates up to 450% and an impressive additional conversion increase of 425%.
The rate of users abandoning sites after a conventional online advertising campaign is around 95% and after leaving there is no way of tracing the user or knowing what comercial message should be exposed. Criteo and its personalized retargeting technology optimizes the return of any user on an ecommerce site and improves interactions and results (Criteo has partnerships with the major traffic channels such as Google, Yahoo, MSN etc).
